Our client, a global organisation operating in the financial services and technology sector, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support members of the Executive Leadership Team within their Dublin office.
This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring a candidate who can confidently manage complex executive schedules, travel logistics, and governance administration, while also supporting broader office operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and the Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of executive and office activities.

Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring efficient scheduling and resolving conflicts.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transport, and visa requirements.
Prepare and submit expense claims and credit card reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide proactive diary management to maximise executive productivity and ensure smooth scheduling of meetings.
