What you\'ll do
* Take ownership of a kitchen section (pastry, vegetables, sauté, butchery, or fish) and deliver high-quality dishes
* Prepare ingredients, cook, and plate meals to the highest standards of taste and presentation
* Assist the Head Chef in daily operations while working independently during service
* Manage stock levels, monitor inventory, and ensure proper storage and waste disposal
* Uphold strict hygiene, health, and safety standards across your section
* Contribute to menu development and dish innovation to enhance customer experience
* Ensure consistency, efficiency, and smooth service during evening operations
What you\'ll bring
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on culinary experience in a professional kitchen
* Culinary training, apprenticeship, or certification (preferred but not essential)
* Strong knowledge of menu planning, food costing, and portion control
* Ability to balance creativity with efficiency and consistency in cooking
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in busy service
* Passion for food, presentation, and delivering memorable dining experiences
* Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and maintaining kitchen discipline
