6 month secondment/fixed term contract opportunity - Proposition Manager PIA

What you can expect from us:
As a Proposition Manager, you will work under the Head of Proposition and Product pricing. The role is varied in nature and includes -
* Delivery of product governance
* Key voice on regulatory change where it impacts PIA propositions, and delivery of same
* Key influencer on a range of cross functional projects
* Key contributor to marketing and contractual material
* Support other areas of the business and our outsource partners as required
* Support the more junior team members
As a Proposition Manager, you will have:
* Strong industry knowledge
* Detailed knowledge of life products, including Investment Bonds, markets and competitors
* Experience in a Proposition Development environment
* Ideally, experience of working in/with a commercial or technical area of the business
Other Experiences:
* Excellent report writing and presentation skills
* Excellent experience of communicating complex problems and issues effectively to a variety of peers and stakeholders
* Ability to constructively challenge and influence a range of peers and stakeholders
* Ability to handle competing priorities and multiple tasks at once
