These roles will suit a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator as it is a hands-on role that combines both office administration and face-to-face interaction. Full-time permanent role Competitive salary Waterford and Kilkenny Onsite Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: Provide full administrative support to the sales and logistics teams Handle sales queries with a high level of professionalism. Process sales orders, delivery dockets, purchase orders, and invoices Update internal systems and maintain accurate records Manage incoming calls, emails, and general customer queries Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and collections Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring smooth communication across departments Support with stock checks and reporting when required Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years' admin experience (ideally in a logistics, transport, or sales setting) Proven experience in a fast-paced, dynamic analytical and numerical abilities.
