Business Development Specialist
Our company is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role focuses on driving sales, building rapport with customers, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work as part of a target-driven sales team to generate new business in insurance
* Identify cross-selling prospects and arrange follow-up calls for future sales opportunities
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Consistently deliver a high standard of client service
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the insurance industry or as a broker is desirable
* Qualifications such as APA Personal General Insurance or CIP are preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication skills and phone manner
* Good IT skills and ability to work with CRM systems
* Experience in a sales and target-driven environment is advantageous
* A positive, professional, and self-motivated approach
