Corporate Development Professional
The Role Supports the Senior Corporate Development Lead in Executing the Organisation's Acquisition and Disposal Strategy, Including:
* Assisting with Evaluation of Acquisition Opportunities Across Multiple Geographies
* Conducting Financial Analysis and Modelling for New Investments, Including Scenario Planning
* Making Strategic Market Research to Identify Potential Acquisitions in Collaboration with Senior Leadership and Divisional Heads
Main Responsibilities Include Supporting Preparation of Board-Level Reports for Acquisition Opportunities, Assisting Post-Acquisition Reviews Presented to Senior Executive Management, Managing Related Costs and Expenses.
Achieving Success Requires Exposure to Transaction Services, Strong Communication Skills for Collaboration with Stakeholders. Experience in Transactions is Advantageous.
