Main Responsibilities:
* To develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new accounts in the local area for accommodation, events, and food and beverage services.
* To oversee key account targeting for existing and future years, ensuring timely alignment with organizational objectives.
* To collaborate with the hotel team to analyze monthly performance data, identify underperforming accounts, and capitalize on new opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess at least three years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industries. They must be a highly motivated sales professional with a creative approach, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in hitting targets, client retention, and generating new client accounts.
