Role: Warehouse Operative
Location: Quantum Distribution Park, Dublin 11
Hours: Monday to Friday, AM Shift, 07:00–15:30 (with one-hour break)
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operative, where safety, quality, and performance are at the heart of everything we do. This role offers a great opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the success of our operations and customer satisfaction.
What will you be doing?
* Adhere strictly to all Health and Safety guidelines and best practices.
* Communicate with customers as required to ensure smooth operations.
* Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet business needs.
* Execute warehouse tasks with precision, ensuring inventory and process integrity.
* Maintain performance levels consistent with team standards (units per hour).
* Monitor and report inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
* Participate in cycle counting and maintain inventory accuracy.
* Ensure all orders are received, picked, inspected, and dispatched on time and to quality standards.
About You
* Previous experience working independently within a warehouse environment.
* Skilled in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
* Physically fit and capable of performing packing and loading duties.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed daily performance targets.
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
* Strong understanding of warehouse safety and operational procedures.
* Good communication skills, with a solid command of English (spoken, written, and reading).
* (Desirable) Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP) and basic PC skills.
