What does a Customer Trade Specialist do?
As a Customer Trade Specialist at Sealed Air, you'll be part of a dynamic internal sales and customer care team focused on delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.
You'll manage customer relationships, coordinate orders, and support commercial activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
Occasionally, you may visit customers to strengthen partnerships and explore new opportunities.

Your main responsibilities will include: Sales Development: Grow profitable business with existing customers and identify new opportunities.
Account Management: Administer and manage customer orders, delivery timelines, and communications.
Coordinate artwork changes, approvals, and costings to meet service objectives.
Commercial Management: Handle quotation requests for repeat and new business.
Obtain production costs, set margins, and follow up to convert quotes into orders.
Customer Communication: Maintain internal systems and ensure accurate data entry.
Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality service and responsiveness.
Qualifications Education: High School/Secondary education required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Experience in a similar role is ideal.
Previous experience in a production-based business is an advantage.
Additional Training or Certifications: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Sage or similar systems is beneficial.
Location Ideal location within driving distance of Collon however remote working across Ireland and the Yorkshire area with the ability to travel at least once a month to the Site in Collon
