Pro Shop Attendant
(Positions available from March – October annually)
The Pro Shop Attendant ("PSA") position at Hogs Head Golf Club ("HHGC") is a wonderful opportunity to serve at one of the top private, resort golf clubs in the world. HHGC is seeking an experienced, dynamic and innovative "PSA". The role will involve assisting with the daily operations of the Pro Shop team, in tandem with the upkeep of the Hogs Head Golf Club website. This position will work closely with and report directly to the Pro Shop Manager, Pro Shop Supervisor and Director of Golf. The "PSA" MUST possess the service gene and DNA with sincere and genuine desire to provide the ultimate experience for all HHGC Members and Guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
· Warmly welcome Hogs and Guests and always deliver a 5-Star experience.
· Excellent vendor and product knowledge, with personalised shopping experience ability.
· Maintain a safe and clean area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Demonstrate leadership skills and clear communication within the Hogs Head team.
· Respond to any inquiries in a timely, friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
· Maintain high level of merchandising knowledge, stock levels and displays.
· Hogs Head Online Shop: checking and fulfilling all orders, responding to all inquiries, and adjusting stocks accordingly daily. Updating all website product information and photography, refreshing content seasonally.
· Shipping orders: following through with the Hog or Guest from the initial purchase to final delivery of the products.
· You are expected to work shifts in line with business requirements. However, given the nature of our business, these are subject to change depending on business levels and needs and it is a condition of your employment that you are flexible with same.
· Develop strong working relationships across all departments within the Company.

· To liaise efficiently with the team to always enhance our members and guest's experiences.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· Previous experience in retail desirable but not essential.
