**Job Title:** Senior Quantity Surveyor
Key Responsibilities:
1. Main Contract Payment Applications: Ensure prompt submission and fair treatment of subcontractor payments.
2. Commercial Reports: Maintain and coordinate all necessary reports for successful commercial management.
3. Contract Compliance: Ensure adherence to business delays and contract process maps.
Requirements
* BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent commercially related discipline.
* Professional membership of an appropriate organisation (e.g., RICS/CIOB).
* Detailed knowledge of company management systems, including commercial and financial, procurement, risk management, personnel management, quality management, environmental management, and safety management.
The role requires effective collaboration with the project manager to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
