What you need to know Matrix Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Change Governance Consultant to join a leading financial services organisation based in Limerick. As the Change Governance Consultant, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing change initiatives across Investor Services, ensuring all projects align with business strategy, regulatory expectations, and operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of governance and change management initiatives within a global Investor Services function. This is a 12-month contract role with some possibilities of extension or other, permanent roles arising after the contract period. It is a hybrid role, offering a balance of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility. Key duties and responsibilities: Develop and maintain effective governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to support change activity. Coordinate change programmes and ensure alignment with wider business priorities. Lead change management practices, including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and risk mitigation. Facilitate governance meetings and forums to ensure transparent communication and decision-making. Collaborate across functions to identify risks, dependencies, and process improvements. Report on change progress, key performance indicators, and outcomes to senior leadership. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through structured governance and feedback loops. Act as a trusted advisor on change management best practices and standards. Maintain and update operational procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency. What were looking for Proven experience in change management, governance, or risk within financial services or a regulated environment. Strong understanding of change governance frameworks, methodologies, and compliance expectations. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset. Experience facilitating governance forums or working groups. Knowledge of Investor Services or fund administration is an advantage.
