Graphic-Design - Office Based Wexford
Job Title:
Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant, Part Time, leading to Permanent Role.
Job Location:
Enniscorthy, County Wexford.
Hours:
18 hours per week, including some remote working.
Job Purpose:
The Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant will work to implement marketing & advertising strategies for Brennan's Irish Stout and our other brands at our head office in Enniscorthy, County Wexford.
Thesuccessful candidate will support in the delivery of marketing campaigns across all channels, provide creative and stylish print, video and online collateral, web development, and assistance with marketing campaigns/ planning/ implementation.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Designing and developing a range of both print and digital/online marketing collateral including social media, online advertising, posters/flyers, emails, presentations, signage, facility branding etc.
End-to-end design project management, from conceptualization to execution.
Managing workflow and schedule to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Working across the business to promote and ensure brand consistency.
Liaising with and managing third-party suppliers.
Content creation
Photography and video.
Storyboarding.
Video production.
Assistance with social media content.
Business Development
Assist with the implementation of the annual marketing plan.
Management of website content.
Assist with management of social media management.
Assist with management of Email marketing campaigns.
Assist with management of relevant agencies (PR, Digital, Media buying Advertising) to execute campaigns.
Provide analytics and insight on all marketing activities where required.
Assistance with marketing budget and associated administration/purchase orders.
Assist in proactively managing customer data, adhering to best practices, promoting and cross selling products.
Understand all of Brennan's products and services, to allow seamless transition from the Marketing/ Business Development team to the Service Delivery team.
Leadership
Promote the vision, values and mission of the company in the delivery of all services.
Maintain confidentiality on all matters relating to service users, ex-service users and general business.
Have a flexible approach to work in response to business change, development and review of best practice.
Standards
Ensure that content of all promotional material and communications is of the highest standard and in keeping with company's mission and values.
Ensure department NOPs are adhered to at all times and reviewed to ensure they continue to meet company, H&S and legal requirements, particularly in the areas of Data Protection and Child Protection.
Adhere to and implement all company policies & procedures.
Keep accurate records in relation to all aspects of work and prepare reports as required.
