Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Your primary focus will be on managing daily workload, allocating resources efficiently, and conducting maintenance tasks in accordance with departmental requirements. You will also investigate and resolve process/equipment/instrumentation/control system issues and ensure all maintenance procedures are up-to-date.
You will work closely with plumbers, electricians, and other contractors to rectify defects or malfunctions in hotel systems and provide assistance and direction to external contractors. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the maintenance area and report any safety hazards or equipment failures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require previous hospitality experience, preferably in a maintenance or engineering capacity. A Safe Pass certification is a plus, and qualifications in trades such as painting, plumbing, or construction are desirable.
You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented and standards-driven, you will also have good communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
