What We're Looking For
7. Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
8. Strong leadership and team development skills.
9. Excellent knowledge of food & beverage operations and guest service standards.
10. Commercial awareness with experience in budgeting and cost control.
