* Maintain rigorous documentation of protocols, results, and recommendations for process improvements.

* Essential: Proven hands-on experience in fermentation (submerged or solid-state), enzyme production/application, or microorganism cultivation.
* Essential: An ability to thrive in a pilot plant environment, with a sharp focus on scalability and industrial application.
* Desirable: Familiarity with analytical methods (e.g., HPLC, spectrophotometry, SDS-PAGE).
* A proactive, investigative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage but not essential.
* Eligibility: Candidates must have the legal right to work in Ireland (i.e., EU/EEA citizenship) or be eligible for a Critical Skills Employment Permit. Mirá Biotech is proud to offer visa sponsorship for the outstanding candidate.

What We Offer

* A Competitive Salary Package: Commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
* Visa & Relocation Support: Comprehensive visa sponsorship and relocation assistance for international candidates.
* Pioneering Impact: A unique opportunity to be a foundational member of our Irish operations and shape the future of sustainable energy.
* Growth & Development: Significant opportunities for professional growth as our company expands its European presence from Ireland.
