We offer a clear pathway for progression, with direct mentorship toward Chartership and increasing responsibility in project management and client-facing roles.Key ResponsibilitiesStructural Design & Calculations: Conduct detailed analysis and design for steel and reinforced concrete structures using industry software such as Robot, Tekla Structural Designer, or TEDDS.Shadow Analysis: Perform environmental and shadow impact studies to ensure compliance with planning requirements and site-specific constraints.Project Management: Assist in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outputs.Client Engagement: Actively participate in design meetings and liaise directly with clients, architects, and contractors to provide technical advice and project updates.Site Inspections: Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure conformance with structural specifications.Requirements Minimum Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.Experience: 1-3 years of post-graduate experience in a structural design consultancy environment.Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
