Financial Operations Professional
The role is a hands-on position that requires working extensively with manufacturing and production departments with touchpoints across the organisation. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed cost models, maintaining a thorough knowledge of all products and processes within the plant, liaising with multiple key stakeholders, collecting key data from various departments, analysing supplier pricing and cost of sales, calculating direct labour and overhead and analysing inventory/stock.
Requirements for Success
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) with at least 2 years post-qualified experience in an industry role, with general manufacturing preferred
* Strong analytical skills are essential for this role, as is attention to detail and an ability to think laterally and solve problems
* Ability to effectively communicate complex financial data into understandable information to inform management decisions
