About the role
At Rituals, we created an extensive collection of luxurious yet affordable home body cosmetics. As a Festive Rituals Advisor, you engage directly with our customers, listening and advising them on the perfect products.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to reach store targets.
* Interact with customers and provide ‘Best in Class’ customer experience.
* Follow store safety procedures.
* Keep the store clean, tidy and maintain product presentation according to Rituals standards.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in a similar position within retail or hospitality.
* A customer-service mentality and team-player work ethic.
* Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Eye for detail, organised and structured.
