ed and experienced Data Protection Administrator to work within the Data Protection Office.
The position holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Colleges Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Deputy Data Protection Officer - Research (DDPO).
The role is central to ensuring compliance with data protection legislation, including GDPR and the Irish Health Research Regulations, and supporting the Colleges data protection compliance and ethics governance frameworks.
Post status: Fixed-Term Contract (1 Year) The purpose of this employment is to support the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Deputy DPO (DDPO) with administrative duties as the College transitions to a centralised research ethics application management process, amongst other duties.
This contract is not offered on a permanent basis as the work outlined above is solely linked to this transitional phase.
Once the duties associated with this transitional phase are complete, the role will cease.
Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 3 Salary Scale (€46,874 - €58,667 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.
