Store Manager - Dublin at JoJo Maman Bébé

Each JoJo store is unique and may feature different layouts or settings. Store managers own their store as an individual business centre, taking pride in the store, the team, and the customers. The relationship we build with our customers is a core part of our USP, and you will drive store sales targets, deliver outstanding customer service, and motivate and train your team to continually amaze our customers.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the team is equipped to uphold our B Corp principles and USP.
* Own the overall performance of your store within an Omni-Channel setting, including managing Ship from Store and Click and Collect orders.
* Celebrate store performance with the team and address shortfalls by breaking down forecasts into achievable targets.
* Maintain stock accuracy to fulfil in-store and Omni orders, applying strong stock control and integrity principles.
* Lead by example by taking part in all operational tasks to create a fun, safe environment for customers and staff.
* Support training and development with a focus on leveraging virtual and digital training resources.
* Act as an outward ambassador of B Corp principles, driving culture through business practices and team management.
* Organise rotas and holiday allocation fairly.
* Delegate responsibilities to stimulate development within the team.
* A typical week: 4 x 7.5 hour shifts and 1 x 6 hour shift, with flexibility to meet store requirements.
Skills That Make You Shine
* Previous experience as a Store Manager within a retail environment.
* Previous customer service and sales experience.
* Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Sales ability with active listening, empathy, and understanding of customer needs (no hard sales techniques).
* Ability to train and develop your team.
* Strong analytical ability to analyse store performance.
* Strong communication to manage team concerns.
* Keen eye for detail to keep stores looking top quality.
* Note: We recruit individuals who are above the school leaver age.
