Are you an experienced sales and digital marketing professional who wants meaningful, interesting work without a full-time week?
This part-time role is ideal for someone returning to work, balancing work with family or caring responsibilities, or simply looking for better work–life balance while still using their skills and experience.
You'll join a supportive, collaborative team where you can own projects, contribute ideas, and see the impact of your work – all within agreed, regular part-time hours.
What You'll Do:
Updating our company website so content stays fresh, accurate, and engaging.
Creating and scheduling sales-focused digital marketing content that supports our business goals .
Monitoring online user behaviour and suggesting improvements to boost enquiries and conversions
Supporting digital advertising, lead generation, and sales campaigns that drive revenue and customer retention (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Helping to manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, working closely with the sales team (Hubspot or similar).
Reviewing campaign and sales performance data and sharing clear, practical insights.
Carrying out competitor and market research to refine our sales and marketing approach.
Supporting wider sales and marketing activities such as product launches, events, promotions, and customer engagement projects.
Assisting with day-to-day sales operations and client communication where required (Microsoft, CoPilot).
What You'll Bring
2–3 years' experience in a sales and/or digital marketing role.
Hands-on experience with website management, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
Experience with Canva (Pro) or Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) for creating marketing visuals and digital assets.
Confident communication skills and a collaborative approach – you enjoy working with both customers and colleagues.
Good organisation and time-management skills – you can plan your workload effectively within part-time hours.
Ability to interpret data and reports to improve marketing and sales performance.
A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in sales, marketing, and achieving results.
Experience with sales campaigns, promotions, or client relationship management (an advantage).
Knowledge of the water and wastewater industry (helpful but not essential).
