A well-established residential developer seeks a seasoned professional to oversee the construction of a 39-unit apartment development in Newtownmountkennedy, Co. Wicklow.
About the Role:
* Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate trades and subcontractors.
* Ensure health & safety and quality standards are upheld at all times.
* Liaise with design teams, engineers, and management.
* Maintain detailed daily site records and progress reports.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience as a Foreman or Site Manager.
* Proven experience delivering multi-unit residential projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Health & Safety training (e.g., Safe Pass, First Aid).
