We are currently looking for RELIEF CHEFS for temporary work to cover shifts for our clients in Nenagh, Co.Tipperary and nearby areas.
Ideally, the right candidate would be on a sous/head chef level but other levels will be considered according to experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food to a high standard of quality and presentation
Assist in stock management and quality control
Practice high food safety and hygiene standards
Maintain excellent communication within the team and lead by example
Ensure SOPs and food safety control practices are adhered to at all times
Your profile
Minimum level 2 Chef qualification
Minimum 1-2 years' chef's experience
Previous work experience in Ireland desirable
Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
Passion for food and exceptional service & with excellent communication skills
Exceptional culinary skills with the ability to run a busy kitchen
