This is a great opportunity for an IT Support Officer to get experience in the public sector. You will be responsible for the support and delivery of a range of IT systems in a well know organisation, providing assistance and support in the implementation, operation and improvement of IT Systems and Services. Based in the organisation's headquarters in Belfast, you will also support other locations so the ideal candidate will have access to their own transport. You will provide end user support, maintaining the help desk and investigating and resolving fault calls. You will undertake site visits across locations, installing, testing and repairing hardware and software as required. You will troubleshoot, install, maintain and upgrade software and hardware, providing 1st line support to service users and ensuring that the service IT systems are working well for the organisation and end users.
