We're launching a vibrant new Bar & Dining destination in the heart of Dublin, and we're looking for a dynamic
Floor & Restaurant Manager
to lead our front-of-house team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves hospitality, grows their team and knows how to create unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
* Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to deliver exceptional service
* Manage schedules, training and performance reviews
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and conflict resolution
* Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
* Uphold health & safety, hygiene, and licensing standards
* Drive revenue through upselling, suggestive selling and guest engagement,
* Report on daily sales, costs, and KPIs to senior management
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar high-volume hospitality role
* Proven leadership and team-building skills
* Strong knowledge of Dublin's food & beverage scene
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Familiarity with POS systems, booking platforms, and stock management tools
* HACCP certified and have good knowledge in Irish health & safety regulations
* Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
