**Job Title:** Insurance Transformation Director
This role involves overseeing large-scale transformation projects within the insurance sector. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of financial services risk and regulation, with experience in scoping and delivering complex projects.
The ideal candidate will be a senior leader with a strong background in regulatory compliance, able to drive high-quality project deliverables and demonstrate expertise in risk and regulatory change management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate comprehensive design and delivery of regulatory change projects for clients
* Act as a Risk and Regulation expert, providing guidance on business transformation and regulatory change
* Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement strategic direction of Regulatory engagements
Requirements:
* BSc/MSc qualified with 10+ years consulting experience and a background in delivering Regulatory Change projects
* In-depth knowledge of financial services regulatory agenda, including conduct risk, governance, anti-money laundering
* Leadership experience developing high-performing teams and mentoring
* Excellent communication skills for regulatory analysis and client engagement
