Our client is hiring aSolar Solution Sales Managerto support its growing presence in the Irish market.The ideal candidate is commercially minded, technically capable, and deeply passionate about accelerating the transition to clean energy.Key Responsibilities:As a Solar Solution Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting business development and project success through strong technical and commercial engagement:Provide pre-sales support to channel partners, customers, and internal sales teamsLead and support pre-sales testing activities, including technical workshops with customers and partnersCollaborate with customers to optimize system layouts, improving overall system performance and reducing CAPEXWork closely with Account Managers to support project bidding, solution positioning, and technical clarificationsAct as a key point of contact to follow up and resolve issues arising during testing, workshops, or bidding phasesCoordinate internally across sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth project progressionSupport long-term relationship building with partners through technical expertise and consultative engagementRequired Experience & Qualifications:3–5 years of experience driving channel sales or solution sales within the PV / solar inverter / battery storage / EV charging industryProven ability to work in pre-sales or solution-oriented roles, combining technical understanding with commercial insightStrong knowledge of customer engagement, solution presentation, and value-based sellingEstablished personal network in Ireland within the renewable energy or power sectorHigh level of motivation, drive, and passion for solar and clean energy technologiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationshipsComfortable working with multicultural, international teams across regionsStrong project operation and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholdersGet in touch today
