To support growth and expansion we are currently recruiting a full-time Multi-site Facilities Manager to join our team in Cork
Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 9:*****:00
**Two years fix-term contract**
Main duties and responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and build a positive team culture
Manage people day-to-day with regular feedback and resource planning
Budgeting, invoicing, H&S responsibility for all sites under their mangement
Implement strategic goals, KPIs and objectives
Attend tier meetings, own facilities actions and close them on time
Resolve issues promptly to support operations
Oversee site procedures, non-conformances and corrective actions
Review work orders and carry out preventative maintenance
Coordinate contractors and ensure compliance with site requirements
Manage shift patterns, holiday cover and overtime
Conduct performance reviews and support continuous improvement
Keep clients informed and uphold excellent customer service
Ad hoc duties as requested by the line manger
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance or facilities within a regulated environment
Strong financial, systems and process understanding
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent pc skills, including Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint and project
Suitable experience in Health and safety, and environmental issues
Strong communication and customer service focus
Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement
