Job Summary
The Sr Administrator-MD Intune, SCCM/SMS plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Advanced Technical Support For Intune And Sccm/Sms, Performing Root Cause Analysis And Implementing Effective Solutions For Complex Incidents To Ensure Minimal Disruption To Services.
* Collaborate With Cross-Functional Support Teams To Resolve Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Upholding A Strong Security Posture.
* Conduct Knowledge Base Updates And Management Initiatives, Contributing To Continuous Improvement And Operational Efficiency While Mentoring And Training New Analysts.
* Adhere To Quality Standards, Regulatory Requirements, And Company Policies, Ensuring That All Technical Solutions Meet Compliance And Security Mandates.
* Enhance Customer Experience And Csat By Achieving First Call Resolution Rates, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Reopen Cases, And Proactively Mitigating Security Threats.
Skill Requirements
* In-Depth Knowledge Of Intune And Sccm/Sms For Client Lifecycle Management.
* Proficiency In Directory Services And Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite.
