Job Description:
As a member of our innovation team, you will play a vital role in the development and improvement of processes and ingredients derived from milk, casein, and whey. You will be responsible for supporting new product development projects, as well as improving or troubleshooting current products.
* Conduct functional testing of powders using standard methods and develop new methods for specific applications.
* Support experimental design, including process and ingredient optimization.
* Evaluate scientific papers and apply their findings to improve our products.
* Collaborate with external research institutions to conduct pilot trials and scale up from bench trials to industrial trials.
* Liaise with technical, production, and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Dairy / Food Science or Technology, Food Engineering, or related disciplines.
* Experience working with dairy or food ingredients and a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
* Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and self-motivation.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Fluency in English written and oral.
