Structural Leadership Opportunity
A senior structural engineer is required to oversee the technical and commercial performance of our structures division.
* Strategic operational management, reporting to executive level.
* Leadership and management of a team of structural engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
* Quality assurance of design deliverables, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
* Collaboration with project teams, clients, stakeholders, and external consultants.
* Resource allocation, delegating activities and monitoring project budgets.
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams within the company.
* Talent acquisition for growth initiatives.
* Client relationship development including stakeholder engagement.
* Business growth strategies including market analysis and opportunity identification.
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering (Level 8 or higher).
* Chartered Engineer status, or equivalent.
* At least 15 years' experience in structural engineering, with a strong technical background.
* Commercial acumen.
* Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines to client satisfaction.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
