We are currently recruiting a
Contracts Manager
to join a growing construction team based in Dublin / Leinster, supporting the delivery of large-scale projects.
Role Overview
The Contracts Manager will be a senior member of the project management team, leading project delivery, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality targets, and managing all contractual aspects of the project.
This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive operational excellence across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the project delivery team with full accountability for all aspects of project execution
Deliver projects on time and within budget, with a comprehensive understanding of the project plan and financial controls
Collaborate with the design team on design, procurement, and installation phases
Drive a culture of safety through the implementation of safe working practices aligned with company H&S standards
Implement operational initiatives to improve efficiency, capture synergies, and promote best practice across projects
Manage project resourcing to ensure the right level of competence, commitment, and motivation
Develop, retain, and identify future talent to support business growth and succession planning
Monitor compliance with contracts, legal requirements, and industry standards throughout project delivery
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in construction, managing large-scale projects
15+ years' industry experience
In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, legal terminology, and project management principles
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
