* Design, implement, and maintain battery ground test systems, ensuring seamless commissioning and optimal performance across various settings.
* Utilize advanced tools like MATLAB/Simulink for comprehensive energy modeling, identifying areas of improvement to optimize energy usage in our operations.
* Provide technical leadership in critical areas such as cell balancing & management, thermal management, SOC/lifetime optimization, powertrain efficiency, and EMI/EMC compliance.
