Job Description
Our kiosks are small coffee shops, located throughout Dublin 2 and Dublin 7, where customers can enjoy quality food and great coffee in a relaxed, easy-going atmosphere. Our team emphasizes the quality of coffee and the level of service provided to our customers. At Café Sol, we produce all of our freshly made products each morning in our production unit in Dublin 2. We are currently looking to recruit an office administrator to join our team. This is a part-time role.
Suitable candidates should have some experience working in similar environments or operations, be motivated, have excellent customer care skills, be confident communicators, and have a passion for helping people. As an office administrator, you should be willing to learn and develop yourself, have a desire to succeed, contribute to our positive team environment, and promote our unique brand with a passion for providing high-quality service.
Previous experience in an administration role with a high level of proficiency in Excel is essential. The ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and have excellent attention to detail is required. Experience in retail or hospitality is preferable. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management within Café Sol to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of all administrative duties for the brand.
Key Responsibilities (Not Exhaustive):
* Managing the ordering activity for the organization, including timely and accurate entry and processing of all orders received.
* Processing large volumes of invoices and payments.
* Liaising with customers via various communication platforms.
* Assisting with all administrative requirements for the department and supporting the Management team.
* Handling ad-hoc tasks and reports as required.
* Acting as a point of contact for customers and assisting with queries and requests.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in an administration role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with colleagues and customers.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong numerical abilities.
* Strong understanding of finance systems, principles, and processes; experience with accounts packages is required.
* Organized with excellent attention to detail and thoroughness.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
