Product Builder – FeelTect Limited, Spiddal, Galway, Ireland. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for this role, which is available immediately.
Responsibilities
* Assemble, build, and products products according to defined work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
* Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively as part of the build process.
* Inspect parts and completed builds to ensure quality and consistency.
* Accurately record build data, test results, and any issues during the production process.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with safety procedures.
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to identifying improvements.
* Work closely with engineers, production, and quality team members to report defects or issues.
* Support the training of new team members on build processes and best practices.
* Ensure products meet production deadlines and quality targets.
* Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a hands‑on production, assembly, or manufacturing role.
* Strong attention to detail with good manual dexterity.
* Ability to follow technical instructions, schematics, and build documentation.
* Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Commitment to safety and quality standards.
* Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
* Flexibility to work in a dynamic production environment and adapt to new processes.
* Basic computer literacy for recording build data and documentation.
* A technical or trade background is an advantage but not essential.
