Job Role Summary
As a seasoned engineering leader, you will be responsible for spearheading complex projects and driving excellence in medical manufacturing.
* Manage significant Engineering projects through Project Management Offices.
* Demonstrate expertise in injection mould tooling and design.
* Develop verification and validation protocols.
* Provide technical leadership from an engineering perspective.
Key responsibilities include leading all validation activities tied to the successful qualification of process improvements.
Key Requirements:
* Level 8 Degree in Polymer or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience is required.
* Proven project management skills through the delivery of business-critical projects.
* Minimum of four years' experience within the medical device industry.
