Job Description:
Our firm seeks a seasoned property solicitor to join its dynamic team. As a key player, you will be responsible for advising on residential and commercial property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, reviewing title, leasing and development.
* Drafting and negotiating property contracts
* Providing legal support on property development and conveyancing related matters
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years PQE in property law, strong technical knowledge of the subject matter, excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
