Salary Range: €75K - €100K, depending on level of experience and negotiable for the right candidate.

Due to increased business levels, they are expanding their teams.
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with M&E Project experience to work with clients. Key Responsibilities:
* Pre-contract cost control and advise to Design Teams & Clients
* Pre-contract document preparation
* All post-contract functions including; interim recommendations, cost reporting, Client meetings, final account reconciliations on a diverse range of projects
* Responsibility for training and development of assistant and Junior Quantity Surveyors as part of team structure
* Estimating & Cost Planning – reporting directly to Clients
* Preparing Bills of Quantities
* Compiling Contract Documentation
* Preparing Cost Reports
* Preparing Monthly Valuations
* Preparation and Agreement of Final Accounts
* Review and Resolve Contractual Claims
* Attend Meetings with Clients and Design Team Members
* Training and development
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying
* 5 years of professional experience with proven track record working on M&E Packages with Subcontractors and Clients in relation to Valuations, Variations, Final Accounts and cost reporting
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office and other Quantity Surveying Packages (Billsoft)
