Clinical Nurse Manager II (CNM II) Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager II to lead our surgical ward team.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert clinical leadership and ensure exceptional nursing care for complex surgical patients.
2. Oversee daily ward operations and coordinate multidisciplinary care to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
3. Safeguard the pre- and post-operative management of patients undergoing major abdominal, liver, pancreatic, and bowel surgeries.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A registration on the General Division of the NMBI Register
* Minimum 5 years post-registration experience in an acute setting
* Proven expertise in a Surgical Ward, specialising in the care of patients undergoing Liver, Pancreatic, Bowel, and Complex Abdominal Surgeries
