Senior Commercial Lending Specialist
* Obtain and analyze business requirements from stakeholders related to commercial lending and credit risk.
* Formulate predictive models, scenarios and monitoring use cases to identify potential risks.
* Transform complex lending and credit risk processes into clear user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria.
* Support project teams in defining scope, refining requirements and prioritizing backlogs.
* Collaborate with technology teams, product owners and subject matter experts in Agile delivery environments.
* Contribute to risk management, issue tracking and dependency management throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Essential Qualifications:
* Proven experience working within Banking or Financial Services industry.
* Strong expertise in defining predictive models, requirements and user stories.
* Business analysis skills applied to digital transformation programs.
* Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with sprints and backlogs.
* Experience working on large-scale projects preferably in lending or credit workflow systems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
