This role will lead and deliver critical technical and compliance projects that support our food safety, quality, and operational excellence goals.You'll work cross-functionally with technical, production, and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with regulatory and customer requirements. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge, project management expertise, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesLead BRC audit preparation, ensuring full compliance and readiness for upcoming inspections.Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects to agreed timelines and objectives.Develop and roll out technical and food safety training across the business to strengthen knowledge and compliance culture.Collaborate with Technical, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless project execution.Support implementation of compliance and food safety initiatives, including BRCGS and HACCP requirements.Drive improvements in Technical Systems, including IT-based paperless solutions for production and quality.Coordinate internal and external audits related to project scope.Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports.Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across departments.Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.Champion a culture of continuous improvement and food safety awareness across the organisation.Ensure all project activities meet internal, external, and customer standards.Essential RequirementsProven experience managing technical projects in a food manufacturing or similar regulated environment.Strong understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, and BRCGS compliance.Excellent project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience implementing or working with IT-based systems for production or quality.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Commercial awareness and ability to balance technical and business needs.Flexible and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset.Contract DetailsType: Fixed-term contractDuration: Until 24th April 2026Location: Coolock, Dublin 17Start Date: ImmediateJob Types: Full-time, Fixed termContract length: 4 monthsBenefits:Bike to work schemeEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingSick payWork Location: In person
