Studio CoordinatorRhythm Careers is working with an established design studio in Ireland (Dublin) to find a Studio Coordinator who will play a key role in keeping the practice running smoothly. This is a varied and hands-on role, well suited to someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy creative environment.The Studio Coordinator will act as the main point of contact for day-to-day office matters, supporting the directors, team members and visitors alike. The position covers everything from diary management and administration through to event organisation and staff support, so it calls for someone highly organised, personable and comfortable juggling different responsibilities.What you'll be doingManaging the smooth day-to-day running of the studio, including diaries, meetings and travel.Providing administrative support on tenders, contracts and compliance.Acting as secretary to directors, handling correspondence and calls.Organising events and wellness initiatives, from summer parties to staff outings.Assisting with HR administration, including interview scheduling and onboarding new starters.Looking after reception, welcoming visitors and ensuring meeting spaces are ready.Handling purchasing, petty cash and credit card reconciliations.Maintaining accurate records for audits, ISO documentation and insurance renewals.SkillsA confident communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels.Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.Flexibility to manage a range of tasks and priorities.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Adobe InDesign would be an advantage.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who likes variety in their role and wants to be part of a collaborative, design-led studio.
