Food & Beverage Manager
for a well-established hospitality venue in
Sligo
.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to take the next step in their career and lead a dynamic Food & Beverage operation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all Food & Beverage operations within the property, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong team leadership, and consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences.
The role requires a hands-on manager who can drive operational excellence while maintaining profitability and team engagement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets within the property.
Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team to deliver exceptional service standards.
Manage staffing levels, rota planning, and team performance.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are consistently maintained.
Monitor and control departmental budgets, labour costs, and stock levels.
Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any issues promptly.
Implement strategies to increase revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain strong communication with senior management and other departments.
Requirements to be Considered
Must have
proven experience in Hospitality
.
Must have
experience in a similar Food & Beverage Management role or be ready to step forward in their career
.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of Food & Beverage operations and service standards.
Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Living in Ireland and have the
right to work in ROI
.
