Financial Operations Manager
The position oversees the financial, cash, operational, and compliance aspects of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) within the Financial Operations department.
This role ensures accurate reporting, robust controls, effective cash management, and smooth execution of transactions across the firm's portfolio of SPVs.
* Review and monitor SPV financial statements and NAV calculations.
* Provide timely and accurate reporting to fund management and investors.
* Manage cash flows, capital calls, distributions, and intercompany financing between SPVs and fund entities.
Cash Management
Monitor and manage daily cash positions across SPVs to ensure liquidity and funding availability.
Key Qualifications & Skills
* Solid experience in private equity, fund structures, and SPV accounting.
