An excellent opportunity for an experienced Tax Manager to join a leading Big 4 firm based in Cork. You will manage the delivery of tax compliance and advisory services, lead client relationships, and support the development of junior team members across a varied client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage tax compliance and advisory engagements
2. Provide technical advice across corporate, international, VAT or private client tax (depending on background)
3. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex tax matters
4. Manage budgets, timelines and quality of delivery
5. Review work and coach junior team members
6. Support business development and client pitches
Requirements
7. Professionally qualified (CTA, ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
8. 4–7+ years' tax experience within professional practice
9. Strong technical tax knowledge and client-facing experience
10. Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
