About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal support role that provides essential administrative assistance to both office and site teams to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
* Provide administrative support to office staff, site managers, and project teams.
* Manage and maintain documentation, records, and filing systems in accordance with industry standards.
* Support the implementation and maintenance of internal systems and administrative controls.
* Liaise with site teams to ensure timely collection and processing of project-related information.
* Assist with general office duties and ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role within the construction or engineering sector.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
