Key Responsibilities
1. First point of contact for Retention calls - renegotiating customer contracts
2. Focus on minimising pre-churn via phone, SMS, email contact and use of various systems
3. Updating historical customer account around retention/cancellation issues
4. Maintaining daily/weekly and monthly retention KPI’s and achieve targets
5. Ad hoc phone-based customer service and sales activities as required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1. Considerable attention to detail desired
2. Have excellent communication skills
3. Proven ability to work in a self-directed and organised manner
4. Experience in a similar role and using CRM systems is an advantage
What we offer
1. Progression to a Retention Advisor within 5 months and a Senior Retention Agent within 12 months with the help of our Training, mentor Program, and guidance from our supervisors.
2. €27,000 basic salary with a €5,000 bonus structure.
3. The first month's bonus is guaranteed.
4. Based full-time in our Sandyford Office - Dublin 18
