An exciting opportunity exists to join a renowned furniture retailer as a key member of the logistics team. The Distribution and Logistics Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient coordination of deliveries, stock movement, and supply chain administration.
This position is crucial in maintaining the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to warehouses and stores, ultimately reaching customers. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support to Logistics Managers and wider logistics teams;
* Liaising with Transport, Warehouse & Customer Service Managers to coordinate deliveries;
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in similar roles requiring strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential particularly Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
