ResponsibilitiesWe are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operator on a 2-year fixed term contract. The successful candidate will work as part of the Warehouse team responsible for ensuring all items in and out of the warehouse are processed on time and to Liebherr standards.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:Use of Forklift – load and unload trucks, containers, transport and storingPicking, packing, receipting and dispatching ordersGeneral store and housekeeping dutiesAssist with regular stock take, cycle count procedures and location reportsActive involvement in the continuous improvement of the supply chain processQualifications &CompetenciesRelevant trade and / or qualification in a relevant discipline1-2 years' experience in a similar demanding role, preferably in a similar industryCurrent forklift and drivers' licensesModerate computer skills (ERP-System BaaN, MS-Office applications)Flexibility to work over-time as requiredCustomer FocusedCommitment to maintain and adhere to safety guidelines in the workplaceExcellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levelsTeam player, goal-oriented and high initiative way of workingMust be available to work 07:30 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday and 07:30am - 13:30pm on Fridays.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, pension scheme, training and development opportunities, subsidised canteen, retailer discounts, travel opportunities, sports and social club, cycle to work scheme and if that isn't enough, we have an early finish on a FridayLCCPlease note, CV's will not be accepted directly by email.We do not require the assistance of recruitment agencies for this role.Have we awoken your interest?
